Layout with machine stitched background

Hello everyone, it's Giorgia here today with another layout.

I recently learned how to machine stitching, so by now this is one of my favorite technique for my layouts: I machine stitch everywhere!

So to create the background of this layout I adhered together different colors of  Foggy Dew collection and I sewn where the papers joint.

I love so much the result! It adds texture and interest to the page.

The layout title is "dream a beginning of a great journey" because the picture was taken on New Years Eve 2016 and I created it with a die-cut and the sentence from this Altair Art paper.

To decorate the layout I used die-cuts, a flair, some wood veneers and I fussy cut butterflies, dream catcher, tag and flowers from other Altair Art papers - you know, fussy cutting is my other go to technique!
