hello AltairArt fans! Marina here and I want to share my card with our new collection Festive Bells.
I want to create something fun and fast - because sometimes we need a lot of card and have time limit for crafting.

I fussy-cutting several elements from paper printsand layered them. As main accent I used self-made tassel. Easy-peasy, isn't it? ))))
